Extremely professional really interested in your fitness goals and journey never to busy to help you or give you tips.Very good equipment really varied for all levels of fitness banging tunes all day opening times are perfect to fit in around work great clothing range and an amazing selection of products to aid your ongoing journey .... Aswell as great membership and coaching packages 💪

Lovely little gym packed out with some amazing equipment. Passed through last week whilst on holiday for a workout and was made to feel right at home. The owner took time to come and say hello and have a chat. Defo check it out if you’re in the area

Been going powerhouse for about a year now and I couldn't be happier..not the biggest gym in town but has all the weights and equipment you need to have a proper session! What makes it a special place is the people that work and go there,everyone is so friendly and helpful it almost feels like you in there with friends. Past couple of months I been having PT sessions with big Oli and feel like I'm hitting new levels strength wise so deffo check it out and give it a go,won't be disappointed

Just moved back down to Bournemouth and was looking for a new gym. It can be very daunting looking for somewhere new after five years building a good gym family. As soon as I walked into this place I felt such a good vibe and was so at ease. However, I was surprised by the amount of equipment avaliable even after 5 years of being a gym goer- there were many I was unfamiliar with which can be daunting! PT Oli arranged for me to have an induction where he gave me and hour and a half of his time taking me through every machine including how to set it up, use it correctly as well as educating me on which muscles it worked and how I could incorporate it into my own workout- all of this before I had even signed up. The whole atmosphere was friendly and I could tell that all the people there valued a positive gym culture. I cannot rate this first experience enough, and I am very excited to become a member of this friendly gym family. Thanks so much ✌
