Everyone we came into contact with at Snows Toyota Honiton was always friendly, welcoming and very helpful but our particular contacts, Alan and Phil, were exceptional. Their knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. They answered all of our questions patiently and fully, no matter how many times we asked them - making sure we completely understood everything, both about the car itself and the sale process. So I’ve been working here at Snows Honiton for a little over 18months now and I have to admit, it’s been great. The team that I work with and the customers are amazing. Everyone is always in a good mood and always wanting to help or happy to just have a little chat whilst you wait for your service or MOT etc. We all have a bright sunny outlook even if it’s raining outside.

The team at Snows were so helpful. Especially Jacob who sent me video of the car. Rory who bless him test drove the cat with me. This enabled me to not worry where I was going as unfamiliar with the area. Concentrate on the car and ask questions about it and the controls as necessary. Alan has also been very helpful. The back of house team , the service department and mechanics have also ordered extra items and tweaked my car so I love it even more. Feels like a lovely family business. Thank you Snows Toyota.

As usual, all contact with Snows is characterized by friendliness and efficiency. Each year, we forget when the Service & MOT is due. Then we forget to do anything about finding out. Luckily, then, we get a timely reminder from Snows which is followed by a sunny phonecall when we make contact to book in. This winning positive attitude is common to all departments we’ve dealt with in the past, however this year saw the introduction of the all-time secret weapon of positivity that is Sophie Sprague to our visit. She made sure to convey everything we needed to know with clarity as well as high entertainment value, making it a pleasure to pay the bill. We’ll see you next year.
