Mr Patel is the most arrogant person I have met. Very poor customer service and unfriendly manner each time. I have come several times and each time leave very distressed.

What can I say but a Huge Thank You to Mr Patel at Smoothies. I was sure a large dark stain had ruined a beautiful and very expensive new dress in plain satin silk. I had no idea what the stain was from but suspected it was splashed alcohol at a party. Smoothies was recommended to me by a friend. I left it after nervously agreeing to take a risk myself as there was no care label on the garment. Mr Patel was very kind but upfront about the issues and what these meant! Such a relief to receive a text message the very next day to say it was cleaned successfully and ready for collection; simply amazed to see absolutely no evidence whatsoever of the stain and the dress looking like new again. Despite being out of my way, I will be taking all of my dry and specialist cleaning to Mr Patel at Smoothies in the future and happily recommend to all my friends…

First time I tried these dry cleaners and found them to be amazing. I needed some suit trousers waist adjusted at short notice and they got the tailoring done in 24hrs. Trousers came back better than brand new with an expert finish. Customer service was also excellent. We are now going to bring all of our dry cleaning to smoothies. Strongly recommend.
