We booked last minute, spur of the moment without our usual checks and so glad we did, don’t be put off by other reviews. this is a very friendly campsite, small and perhaps a little quirky but charming with great scenery and some lovely walking. All topped off with one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in ages delivered to our door.

After watching you on Four In A Bed Me and my friends would never stay at your establishment. I wouldn't wanna be discriminated against for wearing jeans or be insulted for laughing. You need to grow up, stop throwing a tantrum cos you think your superior amd maybe keep track of what is fashionable for young people nowadays. Skinny jeans are what people are wearing!!! Duh

After watching Four in a bed, I was disgusted by Harry's comments about women in tight jeans didn't stop him staring at her behind though. I'd feel very uncomfortable staying there as I think the unisex toilets are so he can cop an eyeful and he'd watch people showering. The Fred and Rose of camping.

Im astounded by how many people come here to give a 1 star reveiw after watching a TV show and with not having stayed there! Ridiculous, I stopped here last year for two nights and had a very nice stay. All the five star ratings are from people who have actually stayed so are obviously more reliable.

As a solo young female camper I can say I have warned all my female friend campers and will not be staying again. The male owner showed me around, the showers he told me you had to pay 50ps for 2mins shower etc. His comment was that if needed help in the shower to give him a shout and winked at me. He then added don't worry I'll wear my socks. He couldn't keep his eyes at my face, they were everywhere and it made me feel very vaulnerable. His wife seemed nice and once he had left and I'd set up I felt much better. This was my first solo camping trip and I wish it had gone better. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand to be honest. I will be making a formal complaint and requesting a refund. To add: after making a formal complaint I was replied to supposedly by him and his wife. The email basically said I was lyeing and made threats to warn other sites about me. I've never come across a site owner so horrible and the proffessionalism is disgusting.
