I’ve always got taxis from here and they’ve been brilliant always on time and good value. I have been told by taxi drivers in the past to book a week or few days in advance due to finding it difficult to get a taxi on the day especially during school run hours. However I have just rang up to book one for Friday morning for an appointment I have and I’ve been told I’m not allowed to book in advance as they are fully booked Monday-Friday for school runs! So I asked am I not ever able to book again for mornings in the future when it’s during the school run time and she said yes, all the drivers are doing school runs so they are fully booked! So I won’t be able to use smart cars again if it’s mornings during a week day? How ridiculous

Thank you so much for your help and for the fact that I arrived in time for my exam. The lady over the phone was helping me a lot after another taxi company did not show up even if my booking was made with a day before. I appreciate your support and help. The taxi driver was a friendly person and recommend me to use the application when I need a taxi. I recommend you for your professionalism! Keep up the good work and many thanks again!

LEFT STRANDED over 18 miles from home!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! I rang and booked a taxi 7 days prior to the date required, so plenty of notice. The day arrived, and at 1:35am I rang them to find out where our taxi was, and when I eventually got through, the lady said that she would find out where our driver was. She rang back to say there had been an emergency and they can't pick us up. A puncture apparently. I asked if there were any other driver's available, she said they had all gone home. So ALL taxi driver's have gone home at 1:30am on a Saturday night/Sunday morning?! One of their busiest times? Really?? We were left stranded over 18 miles from home. Absolutely disgusted. I will never use this company again!!!

Brilliant service, we were being picked up from a staff birthday party and our driver was happy to wait for us while we had the last few songs. Very comfortable cars and brilliant service from our driver who was incredibly friendly and lovely to talk to. It’s so important to feel comfortable in a taxi late at night as a young girl and this service was perfect for us!
