I was in regular contact with Patrick and really felt like he had my best interests at heart, even taking the time to ensure that I could take details/photos to support an insurance claim. Thank you Andy for rescuing me from the clutches of the RAC.
Having been dumped at M3 services at fleet with no onward assistance scheduled after 4 hours.
Andy was amazing scooped me my dog and my van up and delivered us home safely.
15 hours of being messed about by the Rac and Andy sorted in all out in 90 mins.
Can't thank you enough.

Wendy Palmer5 StarWe were recovered after an awful experience with the R.A.C. Having been waiting litterally all day !!!! We had broken down outside a private property on a road which was busy. After a full day of calls to the R.A.C. who kept telling us we were being collected we were put in the hands of SLADES .. recovery... Our chap was DUNCAN... .. The most pleasant , friendly & funny man. He made our mis - fortune, all the more bearable. Brilliant service. Highly recommend this company & Duncan himself. A massive asset to his company. 100% officiant . Cannot praise him enough. We hope he gets to see / hear this very pleasing review. Duncan sure deserves a wage rise. .. This was our second time of Duncans professional services during our time away. 24 foot caravan & car treated with utmost care & attention. Thankyou SLADES & DUNCAN. VERY WELL DONE.
