Stephen Hewett5 StarWe asked S J Howard to install a new Hive Thermostat. They did a great job despite the fact that Hive had provided an incorrect thermostat. They were quick, tidy and friendly to deal with. Made what might have been a difficult experience with the wrong thermostat straightforward, speaking to Hive on the phone and solving the issue. Have already asked then to undertake our regular boiler servicing. Many thanks for a great service.Friday 28th January 2022
HOG RAT5 StarWe used S J Howard to carry out an emergency repair on a broken toilet. They attended very promptly and solved the problem. We then re-booked them to fix a leaking bathroom sink.
