The individually tailored treatments that I offer aim to keep you moving, keep injuries at bay and speed up the recovery process. I have established a recognised clinic here in Stourbridge where I have helped people and athletes from different backgrounds and ages. I work in collaboration with Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors and your Medical Team to create a management plan to suit your own goals and lifestyle.
I graduated as a Medical Doctor at the Colombian School of Medicine; developed an interest on Complementary and Alternative Medicine (Open University) and learned Integrative Healthcare (University of the High Islands) before establishing my career as a Sports Therapist for which I have trained with recognised institutes such as the North London School of Sports Massage and the University of Birmingham. I am an active member of the Sports Massage Association and I hold a registration with the Complementary Natural Health Council -which is the government regulator for all therapists in the UK.

rebecca smith5 StarI’ve been going to Silvia at the Vitality lounge for a few years now. I started off under the recommendation of a friend for lymphatic massage, I booked a course of 5 sessions, I often had swelling and cellulite all over my body. The course of treatment worked wonders for me and Sylvia really helped me to understand what I needed to do personally to help myself once the course was over. I started to go regularly to Sylvia mainly to keep on top of my lymphatic system but have also had facials, hot stone massage and some sports therapy treatments with Sylvia, she is medically qualified and experienced and knows all about the anatomy of the body in detail, she’s really helped me when I have been injured and can also provide you with rehabilitation exercise / stretches to help get you back on track outside of treatment time with her. I absolutely love the vitality lounge and go every month, what treatment I have depends on what’s going on with my body but whether you’re looking for help with injuries, aches and pains or relaxation they have it all covered and you will not find anyone more knowledgeable and experienced than Sylvia, she is a pleasure to converse with it’s always like going to see an old friend. paul rudd5 StarI am a 51 year old male. I have been going to see silvia now for a number of sessions for multiple old sports injuries, that I thought I would have to live with. My mobility has improved, and I can not recommended her services enough. Silvias knowledge of her chosen field is second to non. I have visited multiple chiropractors/Oesteopath’s, and physiotherapists over the years, and non of them come close to what Silvia can achieve with her style of therapy.Wednesday 26th May 2021
