I found a BMW 335d through Signature Car Specialist which I couldn’t ignore with its spec’d options and how they’ve prepped the vehicle. Called them up and was greeted kindly by Adam who handled the whole process right up to purchase. This was a quick same day purchase and Adam was very polite and accommodating for me since I was travelling a far distance to see the car. Once there, all staff were absolutely wonderful. The treatment you get at this dealership was bar none the best I’ve had in a long time and I seriously mean that. No pushing or forcing you into anything, just leaving you to have a feel of the car and it felt so natural being there immediately. The test drive was good too, lovely roads to have a feel of the car and I was happy. At the end the process was very smooth right till the end. I cant recommend these guys enough!! I will be purchasing my next car through Adam again.

Brought a car in good faith. Finally arrived and visually looked good. Took to the garage. Needed new front pads and discs. Needed a new wheel bearing. Service hadn’t been completed as stated. What’s worse it the wheel nuts there should be 5 on each wheel. I had 2 complete. 1 with 3 and another wheel with just 2. I called to mention the above and was told to go away. When I said I’d leave a bad review they threatened me and told me they know where I live. Thankfully intimidation doesn’t worry me but to some it could. If I could have given less than 1 star it still wouldn’t be enough. Stay well clear of this branch.

Mercedes C250 Coupe. Reserved the car on the Thursday after speaking with Adam who assured me the car was as good as the description. Made an appointment to view and put on a small holding deposit. We arrived Sunday after a 90 mile trip through wind and rain. We were met at the door by Adam who promptly pulled the car out of the display and just walked away telling us to get him if we needed help. Never have I bought a car with as little pressure. We were just left alone but knowing Adam was just within reach if we needed an answer. Needless to say the car exceeded my expectations and was purchased. It romped the 90 mile home in absolutely foul weather. Signature Car Specialists and Adam cannot be recommended highly enough. An absolutely pleasure to deal with. Thank you Adam you are a star.

I really recommend to everyone, I am very happy with my purchase. I didn't even think that I would be able to find a nice car in such a short time as I had. And never buy a car online without seeing it with your own eyes, then you will avoid disagreements. And I tell you that…..they have only pearls, each model is distinguished by its style. Very good customer service from start to finish. Always willing to help you find a car that suits you. Very nice showroom.
