I absolutely love the warm and welcoming feeling you get as soon as you come into the home. During the very difficult earlier phase of the pandemic, I was very impacted by their warm and professional welcome to me, and other visitors, in a period that was very stressful for all Care Homes. I visit several care Homes in the area, and can say that Signature are outstanding in how they help their community feel like a real home. I am always welcomed warmly and interactions with staff are positive and helpful. It is a credit to the leadership here and all the staff. I have so appreciated it and know that the same care and respect is shown to the residents and other visitors.Monday 6th December 2021
