Hannah Talbutt1 StarNot even worth the 1 star and I never leave negative reviews. I am heavily pregnant and was refused use of their toilet last week, regardless of them (clearly falsely) advertising online that they have a toilet for public use. I appreciate it’s not a ‘legal requirement’ however that has clearly displayed shocking customer service and lack of human compassion. They have lost a loyal local customer and I will be sure to spread my negative experience.Sunday 14th April 2019
