I rang today to ask about petrol availability during the shortage crisis. The staff member who answered the phone couldn't speak English and put the phone to onewhile they carried on. Is this is the best Shell can do in hiring and training? .

Absolutely useless. They need to get staff who can understand English. Went in to buy butter, no one understood. Got my butter and petrol at Tesco instead.
