This company is rubbish. Front door fitted in January 2022. By March the letterbox had fallen off and a window leaked. Have been trying every week since then to get them back to sort it but despite promising on at least 4 occasions to return they have not turned up. Very poor service and would not recommend.

I waited 13 months to get my refund from seven day windows after I contacted their head officer and threatened to contact trading standards ! Worthing branch manager (now rustington branch manager) Gary Rose never updated me or apologised to me once during this time even during subsequent lockdowns! I even contacted Jenny Richards the commercial manager and was fobbed off by her too ! Apparently the first lockdown was to blame ! Yet I ordered in December 2019 and the first lockdown wasn't until March 2020 !!?? What were they doing for 3 months !!! I'm still waiting for a replacement front door handle as the original one has started to corrode already !! It's only been 6 weeks so far and still no replacement handle !! Terrible customer service !! Avoid !!

The Worthing branch have no interest in providing customer service. I called to place an order and was told that I had to come into the depot in person even though 40 mile round trip. I complained and as a gesture of good will was told to send an email to the branch manager with dimensions and he would then email me back with a quote. It has now been three days with no response and the telephone is always engaged or nobody answers. I need the glazed unit urgently to repair a broken window and these guys couldn't give a monkeys!

POOR..... DO NOT USE... This company has virtually disappeared due to the Covid19 situation... Whilst I understand these are difficult and complex times I do also beleive that a trader has a duty to keep their customers informed, which this lot has summarily failed at. There are no company updates, they don't answer emails or phone calls about what's going on and when we can all expect our products to be delivered. The local branch here in Worthing stuck a paper sign up saying they'd be opening on May 11th and still they remain shut... I've reported them to Trading Standards.

Will never use them again. I appreciate things take a bit while longer but been waiting for composite doors for over 3 months. I have 2 very unhappy customers
