I got an online valuation of between £6734.00 and £7742.00 depending on the condition, service history etc. Knowing that my car was in perfect condition with a full service history I booked an appointment and drove to Coventry. The car was checked over, the service history checked and no faults found. I was offered around £4500.00 (I stopped listening when I heard him start with four thousand) He explained when I asked why the initial valuation was much higher that it's "an inticer" My advice is this, if your'e desperate for a quick sale and are prepared to sell for half price then by all means give them a try, otherwise don't waste your time!

Absolute waste of trip, excellent condition high spec car, under 8years old. Green range from 4200 - 4600 online quote, travel and get offered 2500. Don't bother, part ex through reputable dealer is my advice
