Key had broken in the lock and Steve fixed the problem very quickly.. even checked that I could use my keys after without any problems. Such a pleasant and polite man. The price I was charged was extremely reasonable for a normal working day let alone a bank holiday! Highly recommended and I would always use him again if the necessity arises. Mehnoush Mianegi5 Star10 stars for this gentleman! He was super friendly and professional. He took the time to make sure my lock was fitted correctly as my door and lock was poorly fitted previously. He literally done a 360 on this lock and it’s perfect! He also kept checking to make sure I was happy with it and he did a great job on a door that was poorly fitted! I would highly recommend!! Meera Parmar5 StarI got locked out my house on a Saturday evening, with 3 very young kids, I called Secure A Key. Stephen was fantastic. My call was answered straight away, I was even called me back while I called my husband. Super super quick to get to me, very friendly, so patient and got me into my home at a super quick speed.
He even talked to my kids haha!
He explained some things to me about doors and locks, and happily answered all my questions.
Highly recommend him, even when he thought it was going to be tough, he talked me through it and tried his hardest. Excellent service!

KM5 StarOur front door wouldn’t open this evening, so after a quick search on Google we found ‘Secure A Key’, a 24hr Locksmiths in Watford. We explained the problem over the phone, Stephen gave us a quote and came over in just 20 minutes (at 7.30pm on a Tuesday evening!)
Stephen did a great job! He got us inside really quickly then fixed the lock, making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I highly recommend Stephen, he was very friendly and reassuring, and was definitely a safe pair of hands.
