I highly recommend Annalize and her services. I had to get another dress 2 weeks before my wedding and Annalize was fantastic, she squeezed me in despite the tight timeline. She delivered excellent customer service, she is so lovely to deal with (kind, flexible and relaxed). Thank you for giving me the dress of my dreams!

After visiting a series of nice but stuffy bridal shops, me and my mum were given the most wonderful welcome into Annalize’s beautiful home boutique. On walking through the door I felt relaxed and looked after, greeted by a very sweet dog- clearly invested in my goal of finding a dress. Annalize has a wonderful selection of dresses in a wide price range. I didn’t really know what to expect but WOW the dress I chose was truly stunning. All her dresses are very comfortable which was important to me as I wanted to be able to dance freely. I had two follow up appointments with Annalize to do final fittings and it was an absolute pleasure to see her each time. I can’t recommend her service enough! Lucie x

I honestly only have good things to say about Annalize, such a kind lady. I came to her with a lot of challenges and she helped me with every single one of them, nothing was ever too much trouble and she made me and my bridesmaids feel so comfortable as well as have us in stitches most of the time. She really went above and beyond for me and the girls and the dresses looked absolutely perfect on the day. When it came to the final fitting I was generally sad that we wouldn’t see each other again, it felt like she had been my friend for years. It’s quite obvious that Annalize loves what she does and shows her passion through her work, which is incredible. She eased all my worries at a rather stressful time and reassured me when I needed it most. Don’t even hesitate to book this lovely lady, you won’t regret it! Thank you so much Annalize, I will definitely be recommending you to everyone.

There are not enough words to express what a wonderful experience I had with Analize at the Secret Bridal Boutique. Analize designed and made my dress and it was magical and was better than anything I tried on in salons. I was emotionally tearful and happy as the dress was perfect. All my family and friends were stunned (not by me) by the fabulous dress. I can’t thank you enough. Gee

Annalize the owner works from home & have had rare few glimpses of her incredible work & including reminding my very noisy teenagers during the school holidays that she works from HOME & no adult in the real world gets the amount of holidays we do! I couldn’t provide photos because that’s the bride’s prerogative plus the seamstress herself. Considering the competition these days inc popular sites like Google or EBay or social Media like Facebook Marketplace.. inclusive of countries abroad, LOCALLY adjusting apparently WIDE range of wedding gowns etc? You have to be INCREDIBLY good via reputation alone to go to someone ( plus people reviewing!!! ) like Annalize. She is very discreet… I’ve RARELY seen any evidence of her obvious hard work (for myself I can mend things) albeit badly, taught to stitch, sew, use god knows what machine but probably a singer! embroider & knitting during the late 70’s early 80’s in Scottish schools. Now much much different but I DID learn just enough. Nowhere NEAR the calibre nor patience to do anything REMOTELY BRIDAL!!! Personally? The woman herself is proactive & proud to live in same area, she’s vocal to the local council regarding messes left for extended periods of time, picks up litter for not just her own property lines but neighbours too. She’ll listen & offer advice if requested. Unfortunately because of MY OWN particular voice, articulation & raised in very upper class societies before returning to Hastings at aged 16 (now 40+) & having a mouth like a sewer particularly when angry or upset (teenagers) - this poor business owner & quite lovely, respectful woman, has had to endure these outbursts occasionally over the years… We have tried very hard during last 1-2 years to watch my own language or excessive noise when have very young & noisy kiddies outside playing (not my own) & constantly reminding my older teenagers (14-19) to watch their language AND loudness while our back door is open or they/we’re outside chatting. We will not be here much longer due to after 13 long year’s landlords selling & as I’m disabled significantly with mobility problems plus few others & can’t manage the existing property. Haven’t done since at least 2015. However Despite having us as awfully noisy neighbours with 4 plus teenagers AND most of their friends etc …. The owner of this business has kept her dignity & has been nothing but polite, respectful & clearly cares very much about her community AND her obvious innate talent. Wish her many many years of success.
