Sally Perry2 StarWhat's the point in ordering and paying online then when you get there you have to join a queue!! The whole idea is for it to be ready at the time they give and just pick up and go! I might as well of just gone in as normal, we had to wait for the fish to cook and the chips were cold. When we asked why order online if its not ready when you arrive we were told they don't have the staff to manage that side! No apology or offer of a part refund 🤔 what is the bloody point 🤔Monday 25th July 2022
