Big sign on the door saying its mandatory to wear face covering in this store. I was shocked when I went instore with my face mask on only to see 2 customers in orange hiviz without any masks ! And the staff didn't say Anything to them. ..What a shame

I popped in there yesterday to collect a part my husband asked me to buy. We didn’t realise that they are only doing a click & collect service and I hadn’t ordered online. The man at the door told me not to worry and asked what I needed. When I explained what I needed, he advised me to purchase a different part and asked his colleague to help me. The young lady at the till was so helpful and they soon had the part I needed to repair our lawnmower. Our lawnmower is now fixed and working again. Very helpful and courteous staff, highly recommend and thank you again for your help yesterday.

The staff are always helpful and the branch usually have what I need. Not always the cheapest but paying a bit more on some items is worth it for the no-quibble guarantee.
