Staff here are absolutely brilliant very helpful and quick to find a solution.. couldn't find the size bolt I had anywhere and was in need of them that same day so the guy at the till kindly measured the bolt for me and told me the exact size. So I was able to buy the correct bolts that day from a different store as unfortunately they didn't stock them in store but other than that the store is amazing other stores need to take note.. a little bit of friendliness and help can go a long way

Other retailers should take lessons from these guys on customer service. The staff are always super helpful whenever I have a problem. I travel further than I need to, so I can visit this store because of the service.

One of 2 Screwfix stores I use regularly. Staff are always helpful. Like everyone else at present they sometimes struggle with stock availability but that's something we are all going to have to get used to.

Thank you to the fella that served me today (Sat 11/12) who's name escapes me but was a credit to this branch, he went out of his way to find an appropriate box to accommodate all the items I had purchased...May be trivial to some people but you don't often get help nowadays. Not taking it away from the other staff who equally are very helpful, polite and accommodating. Thank you once again Beledere Branch.

I visited store Sunday afternoon about midday unfortunately the order had taken over 15 minutes to complete I made the rest of what I needed at toolstation next door it's a nice store new but taken to long I guess I should have done a click&collect not a walk in.
