Spencer was very friendly but he didn’t think through the job. The toilet he installed needed to be taken out and re-installed by another plumber because it jutted out so far that the toilet door didn’t close. It should have been a simple case of removing one of the outlet connectors but rather than accept his mistake and re-do it he told me that it wasn’t possible to fix. Not the case - the other plumber fixed it easily and installed a bracket to hold the cistern in place (which Spencer said he couldn’t do ) so I was disappointed that Spencer didn’t make good his mistake.

A very professional service. Spencer arrived on time and carried out a thorough investigation, fixed that. After some testing, another problem found, Spencer came back a few days later, fixed that and bosh we were sorted. Definitely recommend.
