We instructed sawyers after we had been very let down by another local agent. When we first met Has ( our dedicated agent) we were very quickly impressed by his professional competent and very honest approach and manner. We were sceptical because of the current climate in the housing market. Has reassured us and marketed our house very quickly and efficiently. we had over 30 viewings on our open day with over 10 offers! To say we were impressed is an understatement we were overwhelmed and extremely grateful to sawyers.
