Debbie Woodford5 StarI really can’t complain about the end-to-end service Savills in Reigate recently provided. They handled the viewings really well, giving me feedback on what the people were saying. They really though earned their fee during the end stage when what was supposed to have been an easy two chain exchange and complete turned into a slightly chaotic process due to the bottom supposed “first-time” buyer and their solicitor. Steven was really great at keeping me informed but also doing some hard graft chasing (including more than the buyers estate agent!) to try and get us to where we needed to be. Huge amount of tenacity shown but also some serious care and attention for me who he knew was being most impacted by the delays.
