Lorna Grossman (Lorna Smith)4 StarIt was traumatic for both my mum and me to have to send her to a Care Home. However, apart from some small concerns about the lack of carers in her unit at times and unhelpful office staff, overall I am so grateful for a small number of genuine, friendly and honest carers, namely Farah, Rama , Sharon and Tash (admin) who I trust to take care of my amazing, lovely mum as if she was their own mum. Thank you so much
