Mark Linehan5 Star5 stars for Gary. We broke down in the carpark at Sainsbury's and my wife went to get some coffees and a tea from the Costa machine in the service station. The machine wasn't able to provide a cup of tea, but after my wife explained to Gary that her mother has Alzheimer's and wouldn't drink coffee, like a knight in shining armour he came to the rescue. He said "you're in luck, I've just made a brew for the tanker driver, I'll make one for your mum". Three cheers for Gary at Sainsbury's service station in Whitby for going beyond the call of duty.Tuesday 27th August 2019

Thoroughly miserable staff who made me feel like I was a problem for interrupting their conversation (which they continued anyway). Rude staff too.
