Abdul Rauf1 Star0 star rating. It was busy, no spaces on the side I needed so I had to reverse in but the lady wouldn’t authorise the pump saying I need to be facing forward. I explained it was busy but clearly she lacked any common sense! Took it up with the store manager who confirmed, it wasn’t mandatory, illegal or a safety issue and he would have a word with the staff in question. Two months later, same issue and same lady! I think I’ll take it up with the head office. Forecourt too small, staff are clueless and exit is pathetic!!!Friday 19th November 2021

All transactions have to be paid at the till although they are hoping for self serve pumps soon.
