Sittingbourne is one of our newest branches and it’s already one of our busiest in the UK. We’ve always been lucky to have such grateful customers who are always recommending us to family and friends, and we put our success in the area down to our amazing Sittingbourne customers.

It might be a small town but Sittingbourne really is booming, and the demand for the best in energy efficient double-glazing is growing with it. On 23rd June 2022 you carried out the following work at the above property: • Installation of 10 x Eco-Diamond windows • Installation of 1 x Box sash timber linings and architraves • Installation of 1 x Scaffold • Removal and disposal of old windows and doors I have discovered the following problems: • After installation of the windows the frames were in unsatisfactory condition. There were large amounts of blue filling and gap fillers left in the windows • After several attempts to contact Safestyle via phone call and email there has been no response • The purchase agreement contract states the scaffolding will be removed 48-72 hours after completion of the windows. However, after over a week, the scaffolding remains in place. This has led to issues including inability to close the backdoor of the house leading to rain damage being suffered The Consumer Rights Act states that the contract I have with you contains implied terms that; • the work has to be carried out using reasonable skill and care • any goods supplied, or materials used must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose and as described For the reasons detailed above, you are in breach of contract and accordingly I would request that you contact me to make arrangements for compensation as the works have been rectified by another party. I look forward to hearing from you in the next three days.

Don't trust these people with a barge pole. They fitted a bathroom window that we required to be clear. They fitted it with mottled glass instead, apologised and stated it would be changed. They have rearranged the appointment 3 times and now cancelled stating they won't amend their own mistake. Stay clear.

I have tried to call and email to confirm my installation date, I have heard nothing back. On quotation and measurement neither staff member brought a catalogue of the product, I was told to go on-line and look. I feel for such an expensive product the customer service has been terrible. I would definitely not recommend to any friends or family as the delays have pushed back further work being done to my home. When I originally was quoted for the windows I was told they could potentially be fitted before Christmas 2021, it was then pushed to Feb 2022, then due to a cyber attack/manufactuer issue (the excuse changed when I spoke to two different staff members) it was pushed to April 2022. I have not tried to contact to confirm that and have heard nothing back.

We had a door fitted years ago by this company; no problems at all. Very professional fitter, excellent job. So of course we went back to them when we wanted a new external kitchen door and window. Fitter turned up as arranged, and worked with our builders to get the new window in. All looked okay. However, several weeks later and several faults have appeared and it's clear that the initial install wasn't as perfect as we thought We've been trying to contact customer services for over a week. No reply to emails, no follow up after a Web chat where we gave our details; cut off by customer services after hanging on the line for 53 minutes. Managed to get through to the sales team, but of course you would, wouldn't you? After all, they're really hot on selling stuff. It's just looking after their customers once that stuff is fitted that they're really, really REALLY poor at. Having spoken to the sales team, of course they couldn't help me. And customer care had gone home. Surprise! Achid in Sales did take my details (in fact, he knew my name before I gave it, so clearly their records are up to date showing caller ID) and promised to email a manager to call me back next day. Another 'suprise'... No call back. I wish we just hadn't bothered with Safestyle UK. They are truly awful. I told them I would put a bad review on every review site I could find if I didn't hear back. I didn't hear back. So here we go. Don't use Safestyle UK. Take your money elsewhere. This company couldn't care less about you once they've got your money. I've never experienced such appalling customer service. To have Covid used as an excuse is just laziness. Pretty much every company has adapted to the new world. And if sales can answer the phone immediately, then no reason why customer care can't. If I could give zero stars I would. In fact there should be a minus rating for companies like this. Want my advice? Go to Everest. Now their customer service, product and fitting were absolutely spot on in every respect. More expensive? Maybe. But worth every penny. And I'll recommend them on every review site for Safestyle I can find. Because Safestyle is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Steer well clear.
