Dean Dallman1 StarWhat a bizarre experience. Chap came to my door so I spoke to him for five minutes. Then he asked to go to my toilet. Wasn't entirely comfortable but I let him.
Anyway, he can't out and said 'I wouldn't go in there for a while'. As we were going down the stairs he told me I didn't have any toilet paper and that he'd used water. I didn't ask how he'd done it.
He left and returned about fifteen minutes later saying the number didn't work but that he needed the right one so his boss could check he 'showed proper conduct' - which made me think the guy has previous incidents.
He left and then I went upstairs to find wee all over my toilet seat. I spent the next hour bleaching the bathroom. I felt violated. And the toilet absolutely stank he needs to reconfigure his diet.Monday 20th September 2021
Matthew Hall1 Starcontacted and asked for a quote to be told we dont do quotes!!! so you dont want my business then? its not that , said the lady, we just cant do you a quote for your insurance company who want 3 quotes and will go with the best quote. but your adverts say you beat ANY quote, so you are assured the work! i said...MMM...clearly knew they wouldnt be the best vlue or cheapest and didnt want to help. another CROSSED OFF THE LIST...suggest you do the same!Tuesday 18th January 2022
Alan Caulton1 StarSafestyle did an excellent job of both mine and my partners windows on our last properties. The experience we have had with our current home couldn't be more different. My advice is use them if you want to take pot luck on the quality being right first time because if it isn't you have absolutely no chance at all of having any work rectified. Safestyle are all about sales and money and could not care less about after care. We paid cash for all our work, so now they have been paid they are not interested in putting right there shoddy work.Tuesday 23rd February 2021
Jack Hawthorn1 StarGot them to quote me for replacing four windows and a set of French doors. They asked for £5000, nearly double what other firms had quoted me. That's with the claimed 40% discount! Turned up 50 minutes late and the guy had no interest in being there.Tuesday 8th February 2022
