Twice I’ve been in this shop and twice I’ve left without buying anything. Their prices are over inflated and their attitude is one of ‘so what?’ I’m happy to pay a fair price for anything, but not to be mugged off.

My first time here to collect items. Not very friendly. Told me they had some marks they couldn't get out...no apology and charged me the full price. No "thank you very much" or "Merry Christmas". Then they watched as I struggled to open their door to get out, so no disabilty awareness. Will not use again.

Went to get a key cut but it didn't work unfortunately, Basically took the key back to get a refund and get cut somewhere else and the guy was like I'll try and re-cut (what I really wanted was a refund as stated above) after a brief exchange of words and me asking if it was "not an option to have a Refund or something," the gentleman in a black shirt replied with "is that what you want then?" well yes (if it's not too much trouble). I understand that there maybe problems with cutting keys and it might not work all of the time but perhaps this gentleman should just think a little more about the way he speaks to customers and the words he uses. I've never had a problem with this shop before but I'm now reluctant to go back as I now feel uncomfortable and my custom will be unwelcomed!
