I have had lower back pain for as long as I can remember; without countless GP appointments unable to resolve the problem.
3 sessions with Rutledge therapy and some physio exercises and I can already feel my back strengthening and painful incidents lessening.

John Rutledge5 StarI have been working with Rutledge Sports Therapy for the last 10 months I had a target of losing a stone and try to get fitter. After 10 months I have lost 3 stone and feel great, when we started I was unsure and not the most motivated. However Kelly was quick to identify this and tailored our sessions to make sure I got through them and despite the work I enjoyed them.Thursday 7th January 2021
