Everyone was friendly and professional, never hassling me throughout the process, but keeping me informed with feedback on viewings and progress.
I picked a tough time to sell just before the disastrous mini budget, but the team still found me plenty of viewings and offers.

N Gricks3 StarNow, my experience with Russens has been reasonable overall. Their attention to communication with the client is good, especially at post-offer stage.
If you need relevant expertise - regarding area or type of house you are selling - from the get-go, you may struggle and you may wish to consider, as from my experience, the following important points:
do your homework first, know your local and wider market and your pricing very well, before putting your house up for sale. That will avoid your disappointment ! Know too, by your own research, the niceties of selling - as in my case - a buy-to-let property, so as again to avoid any let-down, error or misunderstanding.Sunday 30th October 2022
