The staff and care team really care about the residents , it's lovely and clean , very welcoming and they treat everyone with respect and dignity , I am very comfortable knowing mum is in their hands

Staff are fantastic. Senior management a shambles. Supposed to be a caring charitable trust but treat staff and some residents terribly. Would give zero but not able to. I may sound bitter but one of the worst places had mis pleasure to work for

My Husband has been in Russell Churcher around 3 times,He enjoys it,the staff are great,always helpfull,and always have a smile. Love the new reception desk,it is really welcoming. When Roy is in respite,i know he is getting the best care,and it gives me peace of mind. I would not put him anywhere else,as it is like family. Thankyou all for your hard work,and dedication.x

Staff are so helpful and caring. Looked after my grandad in the last months of his life and help the family in more ways than can be imagable .making the transition peaceful and relaxing.
