Rumball sedgwick have also show patience with us in certain circumstances where our actions might have stressed the relationship. Vanessa Johnson our property manager Has been prompt in replying to emails, getting site issues looked at and organising meetings for our particular block. I would not hesitate recommending Rumball Sedgwick. I'm an Service Charge Accounts Assistant of the Property Management Team, very busy (open space) work place , a bit noisy sometimes, but it is an amazing Company to work for, very flexible, very friendly. I have been very blessed for working here!

Poor valuation. Just took the last price a peppery was sold for on Rightmove. Didn’t seem to take into account condition, length of lease or current market conditions.

DO NOT USE. Disgusting attitude from One of the workers here, (donna Denny ) This company manages a Lodge that I had been renting from. And at said lodge included within the rent price. all tenants are entitled to a carparking space I had 2-3 items left in my parking area for detailing my car. And a number plate sitting on the wall infront of my parking space that belong to a car that had been stolen from me and unfortunately didn’t make it back in one piece. “Rumball sedgwick” then decided to come whilst I wasn’t present to remove my personal items from the carpark with no forewarning, nor was there an attempt to contact me should the small items left out of the way cause any problems. Of which for 11months now it hasn’t been an issue. As the registration plate That was stolen by them. Had sentimental value I contacted my letting agency to see if there had been any problems to which there was nothing and I was referred to the “block management team” (rumball sedgwick). Upon calling I was connected to woman named (Donna Denny) (the property manager) Who was extremely rude and straight away said she had it removed as “you’re not allowed to use the carpark for personal items” I further explained that if I pay the extra cost on rent for a communal area / carpark it would be used as I and the other tenants see fit. So I said the removal of my sentimental item (registration plate) and car cleaning items will be classed as theft. As nobody was given permission to take anything from my carparking space. She then jumped on the defensive and insinuated that I had the front door to the communal hallway locks changed and had been removing “wooden poles” from the garden, Of which I explained this was also not the case and the locks were liable to a neighbour due to a personal matter resulting in the loss of their keys, thus putting the safety of all other tenants at risk in the lodge. At this point she began to get infuriated so disrespectfully decided to end the call whilst I was speaking. So I got back in touch with my letting agent to see if there were any complaints or talks of items being a nuisance in the carpark. To which they said there have been no talks of any underlying issues at the lodge so they will be getting in contact with the property management themselves to retrieve my stolen items before it is taken further. Absolutely disgusting company. A formal complaint will be submitted. Thief’s.
