I don't necessarily follow the menu & am not a regular customer.. every 8 weeks or so maybe?!?... my order was just what I asked for, so tasty, loved it & arrived within the time advised. In my limited experience I find Saturday food tastes better, don't know if the chef changes? I have never had a bad meal on a Saturday evening. Thanks Ruby guys 🙂

My god that was the worst egg fried rice and chips I have ever had in my life. Stale and old, no taste and completely inedible. If you can't get rice and chips right then god help you for the rest of the menu. It went straight in the bin where it belonged.

Ordered from here last night and after only a few bites of the order it was inedible! The lemon chicken was awful and has left us both ill and vomiting all morning. Used to be amazing this chinese a few years back. Only ordered from here as the Chinese we normally order from was closed so will never make that mistake again.

Food was extreamly bland, & the only flavour that could be tasted was salt & more salt. Most of what we eat all tasted the same & was only warm not hot, also all foods were just covered in the same sauce, which tasted like warm salt water. So so disappointed in Ruby take away. Most of if not pretty much all of the food went in the bin, no one in our family wanted to finish their meals. Shame really as its a serious waste of food & money, but truly the food was just terrible.
