Ordered a parcel of baby food for my baby, parcel wasn’t delivered to my house for over a week. Tried calling, but no one will ever pick up the phone. Went to the office to see my parcel just sitting there behind the counter. Asked why it wasn’t delivered to my house, with the response being literally “there is no reason”. Either understaffed, doesn’t care, or both. Worst delivery office I’ve encountered in England by far.

No wonder the Royal Mail as failing, who's idea was it to only have collections between 08.00-10.00 in the morning. People are at work, so are unable to collect parcels.

Tried to ring this morning and no one answered they say tried to deliver my parcel but no one was in I was in both days now sending it back to sender not happy one bit I've rebooted it for Saturday let's see if it turns up no card was posted as well

Always a friendly smile and backed up with efficient service. I've never had a problem picking parcels up. The only draw back is the somewhat odd times they are open but hey it's a small thing really.
