Mixed bag really. When Ross came round to quote I asked for some radiators to be installed and also explained that our heating system made some very loud banging/dripping noises when it was on. On the day the work was done the radiators were installed well, happy with them. Didn't seem overly interested in investigating the heating issue, seemed more interested in getting to the gym. Result is the issue is still as bad as it was before and I'm now looking for another plumber/heating engineer to come out.

Great service.. good recommendations from Ross on products (kitchen sink and tap), Adam on site was a star.. clean, tidy and a great problem solver. Highly recommend - used before and would use again for anything boiler/plumbing-related.
