Room for Music

A unique approach to music tuition with the opportunity to try out a whole range of instruments, mix with like-minded musicians and play the music you love. We provide all the gear and build sessions based on the skills and techniques that you want to learn. All you need to do is turn up and play! Launched in 2011 in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, we are an established music education provider led by a team of passionate musicians and industry professionals.   Based at Brickwork Studios, a purpose-built recording and rehearsal studio in the heart of Harborough, Room for Music offers a wide range of music workshops and tuition to students of all ages, backgrounds and abilities in a professional and inspiring studio setting. ​ With a focus on contemporary music genres, our workshops and one-on-one sessions offer a fresh approach to music education, providing a practical grounding in key concepts and techniques for those just starting out, as well as live performance opportunities and relevant industry experience for those looking to take the next step towards a career in music. “I like that I'm not just stuck on one instrument, if I want to try out bass guitar on one song and drums on another, I can give it a go.
