I rang this shop as it stated on the internet it was the Toni and Guye telephone number. The young lady put the phone down on me twice and so did the gentleman who answered the phone the third time. Nice shop I don’t think and customer service none existent. Manors cost nothing

I must say I am absolutely shocked this establishment is allowed to trade in a beautiful city such as Lichfield. As far as I am concerned and from my experience with the bar/hair dressers it is nothing but a social club for drunks ran by a Bon Jovi look alike. I sat down for a drink with my wife there on Saturday and not only was I appalled by the language and mannerisms of the owner but absolutely shocked by the way he treated his Dog that seemed utterly uncared for and distressed. It would seem they would like to live the rock'n'roll life style on the high street of lichfield.. Forgetting their manners and decorum along the way. If you are looking to drink amongst bad mouthed and rude individuals this pub might be for you, however if like me you are simply looking for a good beer in a friendly and respectful environment I strongly recommend every other pub but the Rock'n'Rolla.

Happened across this place whilst out wondering. Got persuaded to have a bottle (for just £3) by a staff member. Super friendly & chatty people & staff inside. Can even get your hair cut here too! A great little quirky gem, in the heart of Lichfield.
