Got in touch with Rob during the week asking whether he could upgrade/save my 9yr old Sony Viao as Windows 8.1 was done and dusted and my laptop was on its last legs. Like the 6 Million Dollar Man (ask your Dad kids) it's been rebuilt and seems to be running like a dream. Not having to wait half an hour for it to boot up, apps opening within seconds. What more can I say except Rob does exactly what it says on the tin. Great communication throughout, excellent service, kept me updated on progress and a fair price too. Many thanks and I'll spread the word too!

Rob was fantastic from start to finish. I was in desperate need for my laptop to be serviced and Rob took it in 10 minutes after our initial call and got to work. He kept me up to date with the whole process and even fixed things that I wasn't aware needed fixing!! Couldn't recommend more and really helped me in a time of need. Will go to Rob for any further issues or updates i need.

Rob has been wonderful. My laptop's hard drive gave in on the 16th of May, and it has been all fixed for the by the 18th. Apart from fixing my laptop very well, Rob has been great about keeping me informed and answering my questions when I was confused about setting it up again.
