An excellent service, so glad I chose RM&J. They gave me a stress free experience of selling my house from Reece meeting for the valuation to Michelle with the sale progression and completion. Several viewings were lined up within the first week and the house sold quickly. I had no issues whatsoever. Any questions were answered quickly and professionally. This review is for Michelle at the Strood branch. She has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She always answers the phone, and if she says she is doing something, it gets done! We had buyers pull out, we lost a property and then bought another house! Michelle kept me grounded throughout and listened to me, advised us, and followed up with solicitors. She was amazing! I must also mention Jade at the Gravesend branch who was equally as awesome! We cannot thank you enough for supporting us to buy this house!

Ah where do we start!!! From Callum showing us around the property to Tammy securing our offer being accepted. We’ve had nothing but an exceptional service from all of the staff in the branch! Michelle always kept us informed and even informed us on information our solicitor hadn’t been sharing so we were able to chase and always be aware of where we were with our purchase! If it wasn’t for all of the wonderful staff, Jade and Michelle particularly, purchasing our first home would not have been so easy!! Our purchase progressed within 8 weeks which was just amazing!! Big up all of the team at the Strood branch! So helpful, always able to speak/email when needed and just amazing! Can’t praise them enough. Thank you all xxx
