What a wonderful find and we will definitely be back!! We have just returned from a fantastic Easter Weekend and this lovely campsite. We booked fairly last minute and were looked after by Ashley who from the outset on the phone was more than hospitable. On arrival we met Ashley and all of her lovely family who made us and our two doggies feel very welcome. It is not your usual regimented campsite with tight pitches, there was so much open space and we could have a fire pit and BBQ. It just felt very welcoming and laid back which was just what we were after. The facilities are quirky and simple but very clean and everything was perfect. Our four legged friends had a great time too and we were lucky that the sun was shining the whole time. If you want somewhere friendly, laid back and very welcoming and friendly then this is your place. The surrounding walks are great and perfect for cycling/running too and there is a brewery and lovely cafe in walking distance as well as much more I am sure. We were having such a chilled time on site we just didn't get time on this occasion to explore too far. See you all again soon and will be bringing my paddle board next time for a paddle in the river. Thanks to Ashley, Sharon, Kevin & Henry!

This is our second stay at Riverside. It’s fabulous, a lovely location on a river in the countryside but close to numerous pubs, a micro brewery and splendid cafe ( the Milk Churn). Ashleigh and the team couldn’t make you more welcome and just the right mix of being helpful without being in your space. Will definitely be back. Mark and Carmel

What a lovely friendly campsite. Although the toilet facilities were shut on our first visit due to Covid restrictions it did not impact the pleasure that we had staying at this site last July. Pitches were more than adequate and they made sure we were near our friends even though they booked last minute. Owners came around multiple times in the day making sure everything was OK and for a general chit-chat - it was a really lovely environment. Lovely walk along the riverside and on the Downs link - and we did a 25 minute stroll to the local pub one afternoon. We really enjoyed this site and are looking forward to going back and have booked early for this summer

Such a lovely peaceful spot! Welcoming owners, great walking on your doorstep via the Down's Link, with the River Arun running along the bottom of each field. A super tranquil (and dog-friendly) place to be.
