No Comment, work in the contact centre in Speke and see for yourself how bad it is. A relatively new customer service director has destroyed the contact centre with changes that have not worked. To take over 1 hour to answer a call is disgusting and never happened before new management came in. When I started at Riverside I was proud to work for them and enjoyed my job but when I left I was embarrassed to be associated with them and hated my job.

Waited on the phone to report a repair needed for over 50 minutes. Absolutely unexceptable. Treated like 2nd class citizens because we live in council property. Can't blame covid for everything.

Don't bother phoning them, you won't get through and don't bother messaging them, no one is available. I'll let you into a secret, they don't actually exist. They aren't real. Someone invented them and that someone is out there having a laugh at our expense.
