I don't often go shopping due to feeling self conscious. I had picked a few items and went to the changing room. I was hesitant to go in but this lovely young lady (I think her name was ciera or Ciara) was so warm, kind and encouraging. I ended up having the confidence to try some clothes on. I felt bad for not buying anything but it's a step closer to being a confident shopper! If you see this, I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!

I popped in for a pair of shoes as I was meeting my daughter and family for a wedding dress appointment i hope the lady who showed us lots of lovely clothes gets to see this review as she was the most enthusiastic brilliant customer assistant she told me about the long legged jeans she brought lots of lovely clothes to show us and was great to talk to excellent customer service even my grand daughter was impressed at 15. We will certainly go back in for the clothes she showed us i wish I had got her name and i hope she is there when we shop. The day was Tuesday the 7th of Sept and it was 10.45
