Denise Hope5 StarWe recently had our wedding reception in Greyfriars Hall we cannot thank the team enough from our very first initial enquiry to the day itself they were all wonderful they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed our wedding reception was the best it could have been they provided a stage for the band even recommended “down with the DJ” who knew the venue so made it easy for us provided an easel for our table planner they have a full kitchen so caterers love it also we were allowed access to dress the room the night before and again early next morning just can’t say thank you enough and it was sensible money FIRST CLASS THANK YOU TO YOU ALLWednesday 14th December 2022
Jessica Spencer1 StarSadly can’t recommend at all. Booked my daughters birthday party some months ago and paid on booking. No communication prior to the event but wasn’t worried as I had the booking. Arrived with the DJ, the face painter, all the food and decorations and one very excited birthday girl, to find the building was locked!
There was no one there to help us, no number to call, and evidently no party. My daughter was absolutely devastated.
I left a message on the answer machine at the time asking for them to call me urgently, and 3 days later, I’ve still not had a response!
We rallied and saved the party with help from some strangers seeing my daughters distress, and other mums being ready to jump in and help. But from our local community centre, so help or sense of community at all. Very disappointedTuesday 21st June 2022
