Our dedicated Domiciliary Care Team is registered with CQC and works exclusively with Richmond Bede residents to help retain independence in their own home for longer. At Richmond Villages Northampton we’re passionate about residents being able to access health and wellbeing services on their doorstep, as well as ideas and inspiration to live a full and happy life. Our hair and therapy salon offers a range of relaxing treatments. The restaurant menu is full of nutritious options prepared daily with fresh produce, as well as gorgeous cakes and treats to make you smile. Our activity team runs daily classes to improve core strength and general fitness for all levels. We understand how important pursuing existing hobbies and taking up new ones is to our residents. No two days need be the same as Richmond Villages Northampton has its own activity organisers who will arrange a whole host of activities and events based on the interests of the people living here. Richmond Villages Northampton, held a classic car show for residents and members of the local community. Over 70 residents and visitors attended the show organised by members of staff on 16 April. Through our partnership with children’s literacy charity, Schoolreaders, residents at Richmond Northampton have been helping with reading in local primary schools so that more children can enjoy World Book Day.

"Moving to Richmond Villages was one of the best decisions" my parents made; their words but I agree! Not only did their ‘healthspan’ extend but their Quality Of Life improved. They found Richmond a welcoming environment and their new friends’, new interests, new activities and a wider community that they quickly came to call it "home". Outstanding facilities, well maintained but it is the dedicated and caring staff that make the experience!

The staff here could not be more amazing. They are some of the kindest, most dedicated and wonderful people I have ever encountered. The residents are treated with so much care and respect. There are so many activities on offer for them, and great facilities. It is always immaculate and the environment is clean, homely and welcoming. The gardens are so beautiful, the food is great, cannot fault anything. It seems like nothing is too much trouble for these people and they are so accommodating. All staff here deserve massive thanks and respect for what they are doing, they really do go above and beyond. Cannot praise highly enough.

I have worked for Richmond since before it opened in November 2007. It is a fantastic place to work and together we create a fantastic environment for the residents to live. The village has a wonderful community feel and the facilities are far better than any other care setting I have worked in.

No idea what the care is like inside but I can tell you that when I have moved items in and out for families then I have only heard good words about the place. When you walk in the place is very clean and it has a great feel about the place. Certainly one of the better care homes I have had to deliver to.
