It’s great to know we have been around since 1967, supporting all your plumbing and heating needs. Our office is easily found in Leamington Spa.  We are always at the end of the phone to provide advice or guidance, even out of hours. Call in and meet us. Given the choice, a new boiler was not top of my wish-list but when your 13 year old clunker suddenly runs out of puff all you want is a quick response even in the middle of a pandemic. I have never used Rheams before but the experience was faultless from start to finish.  Quick response, friendly staff and courteous Covid aware installers. No disrespect but I hope my next big expense is on something a little more interesting. We have had our boiler serviced by your company for a few years and during the annual check up the engineer discovered a serious fault and disconnected the boiler as it was unsafe.  This was on a Thursday in December and the weather was obviously cold and our heating system was disconnected.  At very short notice your company arranged for a gas fitter, electrician and roofer to install a new boiler and extraction pipework.  This was on the Saturday (their day off).  We were without heating for just a couple of days and we were impressed with the care for our welfare.  Well done!!

Recently had a whole bathroom replacement done by Rheams. Martin was really patient and helpful as I had never done this before and even advised on design. Charlie and co were considerate, professional and friendly. Finished on time and on quote. Happy to recommend!

Chris and Paul arrived to fit a shower tray. they examined the job and discussed the various ways it could be done. This job had been problematic for the previous plumber but they quickly assessed the situation and after discussion we lighted on the best solution. They were knowledgeable, diligent and professional in their work and had a good sense of humour, the job was quickly completed. I will use this company again.

We switched to Rheams when British Gas reorganised their service arrangements for heating maintenance. It has been good decision. Very straightforward and honest team, providing sound advice and good execution. Latest need was urgent tap replacement: they fitted us in next day, arrived as promised and charged a fair price.

We had a problem with a dripping drencher shower head in our bathroom, which Charlie diagnosed as a problem with the control unit. We ordered a replacement unit and Rheams provided a cost estimate for fitting, which was an awkward job, involving breaking off the tiles and plasterboard around it to remove and replace the defective unit. Fortunately, we had a few spare tiles. It took Charlie all day and he made good, re-tiled and grouted. When he had finished, you wouldn't know there had been a problem. His work is neat, tidy, and clean. As an added bonus, the invoice was less than the estimate because 2 men had been allowed for and Charlie worked alone. I am a local Building Surveyor and come across shoddy workmanship from other contractors on a weekly basis. Rheams, on the other hand are in a different league, professional, skilled and a delight to deal with. I highly recommend.

My old boiler had multiple problems. In the end they couldn't fix all of them but the got it working and didn't charge me for a part that didnt fix the final problem. Seem like an honest bunch of people, great to deal with. Would use again and recommend
