I have been training for nearly 3 years with Reece, originally to maintain, then progress, my fitness to help me with running. I have now switched to weights after discussing with him my need to maintain my fitness & mobility as I get older! Reece is extremely knowledgable & genuinely loves what he does. He is still totally approachable & a great listener, who will work with you to build an achievable program that fits your desired goals. I would 100% recommended him ! 💪

Reece supported my training when I needed the extra workouts. Being a fitness coach twice a week I needed to try something different and to change my body. Reece taught me how to lift weights with confidence and celebrate my strength goals. If I need to focus on a particular goal I know he can create workouts for results and with support at home in the form of homework and a online support group he is always available to answer any questions or concerns I have. Reece offers a much more personal training experience unlike some that treat you as a one size fits all - he listens to your goals and makes sure you get results. I always leave his sessions feeling like I have massively achieved results.

Reece was recommended to me about 18 months ago as someone who could help me get back on track and loose a little fat following a period of health issues. Completely out of my comfort zone I went along initially for 4 weeks, soon realizing i was enjoying my sessions. With this in mind Reece encouraged me to push a little harder and I saw my health improve dramatically. 18 months later and I'm still training with Reece, doing things I'd have never done before and seeing significant muscle gains. Words alone cannot describe Reece's passion and beliefs in seeing his clients achieve their goals! Highly recommended!!

Having watched with envy the results achieved by my husband and a good friend through training with Reece I wanted to be a part of it. With the New year and support of my nearest and dearest I decided to go for it! Having had no previous experience Reece has guided me through my 1st few sessions with extreme patients. 8 weeks in and thoroughly enjoying it I have lost my 1st stone! Who'd have thought you could get fit and loose weight whilst playing cards!!
