They were courteous throughout, easily contactable, and their quote was very reasonable; their fitters turned up promptly, and when we mentioned a couple of minor issues we'd noticed after completion the company rectified them swiftly. However, a framed glass covered picture was damaged, only acknowledged when I saw it wasnt on the wall and asked where it was. No offer to pay for the repair and no apology. Worse was the after sales "service"when we discovered that some of the carpet was not the one we believed we had ordered. The company disputes this but we believe we are right. Chantal Smith5 StarCan I congratulate all of the staff at Remarkable carpets and flooring for their expertise and knowledge when it came to helping me choose my carpet for my daughters bedroom. I was very impressed with the communication and prompt time keeping of this company. The staff in the shop were very helpful and polite and the carpet fitters were also very polite and quick at their job. The prices were very reasonable and I am very pleased with the carpet which has been fitted. The company certainly lives up to its name and I will deffinitely go back and recommend them to anyone.
