Hon Secretary5 StarFirst Class service, had an old computer that broke down.
Steve came out same day and managed to transfer all data and software to another of my machines as was essential to my business.
Had a few issues due to the specialist software and versions of windows being run but he managed to get it all sorted.

Solway dogman5 Star1st class service, came out day I rang him for a computer failure.
Restored all my data and software on another older computer I had and despite several obstacles managed to overcome them and get everything working again.
