Been to Morton a few times but never visited the Redesdale Arms. A lovely place to eat or just pop in for a drink. Very attentive staff, meal was outstanding. Plenty of it. Scampi was cooked to perfection as was the burger my husband had. Only downside was the very happy dog that was in there. Owner wasn't bothered that it was yapping constantly. One couple moved tables because of it. I'm not a dog hater by any means but it wouldn't of hurt the own to have more control over it. Apart from that it is well worth a visit. Well done everyone who works there.

We only had Sunday lunch, so I can not honestly say about rooms . All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious and well presented. The bar we chose to eat was clean with a good ambience. We were offered a lovely dining room. You could book. We walked in. They also catered for my intolerance to dairy . All food intolerance catered for. I would recommend this establishment for a lovely meal or just a drink.

Oh dear. Very quaint hotel in a beautiful Cotswold location. But the rooms we were allocated (4 and 5) were very small, dingy, horrid decor nothing like the website photos, had an air con machine with a pipe out of the window that smelt of burning dust. And very expensive. We left.

We had lunch here twice during our stay in town. Such a difference in experiences. The first time, the welcome was warm, the service quick and the food hot and tasty. So we booked Sunday lunch. Mistake! The service diffident, soggy Yorkshire puddings, cauliflower cheese frankly inedible. Such a let down after the previous occasion.
