Appalling company. Some time ago, my grandmother had a phone call that simply said "Watch out". It totally scared her, as it would. Within a couple of hours, my grandma got a call from Red Button offering home security, including protection from unwanted calls. Of course, she was keen given her experience earlier in the day. She has now had a call from another company saying that Red Button has gone out of business and she must pay for a new monitoring system at a cost of £5000. After some refusal to pay this charge, she was offered the new system for £1700 (which she still refused to pay). The system that she has already paid hundreds for will now by unusable. It seems as though Red Button have ceased trading before and this is their new name. We don't believe the new company is anything of the sort, it looks like it's simply Red Button trying to extort more money from what seems to be a largely elderly clientele. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

This company seems to work under lots of different names, changing directors on a regular basis. Red Button monitoring, RB security, UK Monitoring & response and many others. They cold called my elderly mother who is registered with TPS and have flatly refused to divulge where they got her contact details. After asking my elderly mother to sign a "form" before they left the house, the Managing Director has not been able to send a copy to me for inspection. They have wafted over my questions rather than answer them . I have made an official complaint about their business practises.

I've been looking for a Medical pendant for my mother since Christmas, this has been a drawn out process as other companies selling this just didn't seem to take no for an answer. Red Button were professional and knowledgable from the moment I contacted them, they were happy to give us the time we needed to think and I am pleased to say that the installation and setup have gone without a hitch. Outstanding!

My parents were contacted by this company about an intruder alarm. I must admit I was rather apprehensive but after sitting in on the appointment with my parents my fears were soon laid to rest! From start to finish it was made very apparent that the company genuinely wanted to help and the product they presented us with was top notch! It not only puts their mind at rest being covered but also I can check in on them with an app from my smartphone which is wonderful for me as I don't live round the corner! From the first appointment to the alarm being installed my parents were treated with much care and respect they deserve and I could not recommend this company enough!

This company cold called my elderly parents (86 & 91) because they qualified for a free installation of the all singing and dancing alarm system. Were very vague about monitoring fees but wanted to visit them alone. I called and cancelled the appointment. When asked how they obtained the ex-directory number listed on the TPS, I was told they use a large number of data collection companies that don't use telephone directories or the TPS!
